All seven Dutch days end in -dag, and every one is recognisable from English. None of them takes a capital letter.

One word, as in German
On Monday, and every Monday
For one specific day, use op: op maandag means on Monday.
For something that repeats, Dutch puts 's in front and -s on the end: 's maandags means on Mondays. The apostrophe is a leftover of an old word for the.
In speech people often just say maandags, and both are understood.
Days are never capitalised, even at the start of a written date.
- We zien elkaar op vrijdag.We'll see each other on Friday.
- 's Zaterdags werk ik niet.I don't work on Saturdays.
