Italian questions need no extra words and no change of word order. Say the statement with a question word in front and a rising tone, and you are done.

Perché does both jobs
Italian uses one word where Spanish uses two. Perché asks the question and answers it: Perché studi l'italiano? Perché mi piace.
The accent is part of the spelling and marks the stress on the final syllable.
Dove shortens to dov' before è: Dov'è il bagno, where is the toilet.
There is no equivalent of the English do. Dove abiti is literally where live-you, and adding a word for do would be wrong.
