German family game
Nineteen relatives, capitalised the way every German noun is. Several come in pairs that differ by one or two letters, Tochter and Sohn aside: Cousine and Cousin, Großmutter and Großvater, Tante and Onkel.

Questions
Why is there no word for sibling in the singular?
Geschwister is plural only. One sibling is eine Schwester or ein Bruder; you cannot say ein Geschwister. English has the same gap in reverse, with no everyday plural that means both parents the way Eltern does.
Does Frau mean woman or wife?
Both, and context decides. Meine Frau is my wife, eine Frau is a woman, and Frau Schmidt is Ms Schmidt. Mann works the same way for man and husband.
