French basic phrases game
Seventeen phrases that each do one job: introduce yourself, admit you did not follow, ask the price, ask for the bill, ask for help. Every one is in the vous form, which is the form you want with someone you have just met.

Five games take this set. Whole phrases are too long for the grid and spelling games, so Flooded Hold is the one to play here: it shows the phrase against an English meaning and asks whether they match.

Questions
Why is there a space before the question mark?
French typography puts a thin space before ?, !, : and ;. Combien ça coûte ? is correctly spaced, and the games render it that way rather than tidying it into English punctuation.
Is je ne comprends pas worth learning before anything else?
It is the most useful phrase in the set. Paired with plus lentement, s'il vous plaît and pouvez-vous répéter ?, it keeps a conversation alive instead of ending it.
