De rien or je vous en prie?
Both answer merci. De rien is the everyday one, roughly it was nothing. Je vous en prie is more formal and is what you will hear in a shop or a hotel.
What do I say when someone sneezes?
À vos souhaits, literally to your wishes. À tes souhaits with someone you would call tu. Santé is for raising a glass, not for a sneeze.
