Questions
Are these conjugated?
No. The games use the infinitive, the form you would find in a dictionary. Conjugation is a lesson topic; this is a vocabulary drill.
Why does s'appeler have an s' in front of it?
It is reflexive: literally to call oneself. Je m'appelle is I call myself, which is how French says my name is. The se is part of the verb, so the set keeps it.
